You already love your dog like family. So do we. That’s why our dog care products are built from practical veterinary experience, not boardroom focus groups.
Every formula, wipe, and supplement started with a real problem seen in our clinic and at home: itchy skin, overwashing, stinky coats, upset tummies, and the muddy-paw aftermath of daily life.
Our approach is simple: solve those problems, do it gently and don’t add anything unnecessary.
Washing your dog too often because they stink or scratch can actually make things worse. Normal products can strip the natural, protective oils and make your dog’s skin dry, more smelly and itchier.
Dr Lisa’s “no-wash” system includes dog wipes for spot-cleaning and freshening up, leave-in dog conditioner to moisturise the skin and coat, and daily brushing. This will reduce the need for baths, leading to healthier skin and coat.
Our dog care products range also extends to helpful everyday solutions, including:
People choose DOG by Dr Lisa because our products make life with pets easier. They trust the vet-created formulas, love how gentle they are and appreciate solutions that fit into busy routines.

Your pet deserves care that’s gentle, effective and made with love, and so do you. Explore our range of dog care products and lifestyle essentials designed to make everyday moments happier and healthier for your four-legged family members.
From bathtime to mealtime (and everything in between), there’s something for every paw in your home.
Bathing depends on coat type, activity and skin sensitivity. Long-haired dogs benefit from a gentle bath every 4 to 8 weeks - this is usually done when they visit the professional groomer, while spot-cleaning with dog wipes between baths. This helps avoid over-washing. Short-coated breeds will rarely need a bath. If your dog is visibly dirty and the wipe isn’t enough, then they will need a bath. If your dog has persistent redness or itching, visit your vet for advice.
This is not recommended. Human shampoos are formulated for different pH levels and can strip natural oils from a dog’s coat, increasing dryness and irritation. Use purpose-made, gentle dog care products such as dog shampoo designed for canine skin, or try gentle dog wipes for light cleaning between baths.
Most people ask this. Omega-3s (typically fish oil) help support inflammatory pathways and can benefit skin, coat shine and joint comfort. Omega-6s (from plant oils such as linoleic acid or GLA) help maintain the skin barrier and influence coat texture and resilience. They do different jobs, and the right balance matters. Fibre is usually self-explanatory – it supports digestion and stool formation. If you’re unsure which to use, take our quiz or check with your vet for tailored advice.
Use an enzyme-based pet urine cleaner or spray that breaks down urine compounds rather than simply masking the odour. If accidents are frequent, check with your vet, as they may signal a medical or behavioural issue.
